Town Clerk

The Town Clerk's Office is a centralized location for a wide range of services of public record. The Town Clerk is also the Records Access Officer and is responsible for recording and preserving official Town records, completing Freedom of Information requests; and administering various state and local licensing and permitting activities. The Clerk is also the Registrar of Vital Statistics and as such provides various services related to birth and death certificates, and marriage licenses. Voter registration forms are available in the Clerk's Office and may be obtained during the regular business hours. The forms must be completed and mailed to the Steuben County Board of Elections.

Office Hours:

NOTICE: The Town Clerk will be closed on Saturday, May 27, 2010.

Every Wednesday and Thursday (except the third Wednesday of the month) from 6:30 PM until 8:45 PM

Town Board meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. the third Wednesday of every month.

There will be no Saturday hours from June 5th through August 14th. Saturday hours will resume on August 21st and will be from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
