Citizen Comments:
Comment #1 "Hello, My wife and I recently built our home on Waters Road after 15 years of owning the land as recreational property. I would imagine that you easliy receive more negative comments on road conditions than posititve comments, so we just wanted to say thanks for the nice job that was done on the intersection of Waters and Helms Road. The repairs appear to be long lasting and the road looks nice."
