Assessors generally have office hours 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm each Thursday during the months of September through April in the Thurston Town Hall located at 7578 County Route 333. For an appointment after those dates, please contact one of the assessors.
The Board of Assessment Review meets to review grievances on the 4th Tuesday of May each year. This is held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Thurston Town Hall at 7578 County Route 333.

Complaint forms on Real Property Assessments should be printed, completed, and signed before being hand delivered to the Town Hall in Thurston located at 7578 County Route 333, Thurston, New York. Hours for such delivery are Friday evenings from 7:00-9:00 PM beginning the second Friday in January 2011 and continuing through the last Friday of March 2011.
Reminder: Star Exemption Applications are due no later than March 1 each year.
